The Wisdom Teeth Guys is expanding to Phoenix and looking for a dynamic individual to manage 3-4 locations across Phoenix!

Wisdom Teeth Guys is a premier provider of wisdom teeth removal in both Texas and Utah. We have more 5 star reviews in Dallas and Utah than any other oral surgery provider in each market!

We will generally be operating 2 surgery days per week in Phoenix. We will rotate surgery days amongst the locations.

You will primarily work with two talented oral surgeons.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all day to day operations of surgery days.

• Hiring and managing a team of 3-4 oral surgery assistants.

• Managing schedules and communicating protocols with our CRNA’s regarding sedation.

• Calling all patients/parents prior to surgery day and conducting pre-op calls.

• Posting patients' treatments to the ledger.

• Taking payment & greeting patients.

• Ensuring the surgery team stays on schedule.

• Managing relationships with our doctors.

• Handling all instrument & supply orders.

• Managing handpieces, crash carts, oxygen and other equipment.

• Train new surgery assistants on our processes & X-ray machines.

• Make sure things run smoothly from front to back.

Ideal candidates will have substantial oral surgery experience ideally both front office and back. Must have a passion for wisdom teeth removal and great people skills!

This is probably unlike any other oral surgery or dental job you may have ever had. If you are ready and capable of taking on a lot of responsibility, not afraid of long hours and enjoy a challenge this might be the right position for you.

**Note this position requires working Saturdays on a regular basis (2-4 days Saturdays per month). You will be given the Monday off after any Saturday surgery day you work or another day of your choosing.
